Boeuf Bourguignon Sauce

A renowned sauce, if impossible to spell, this traditional French recipe was originally made with Burgundy. A rich and flavoursome dish, it is wonderful prepared with a good frying or grilling steak such as rump, if you are in a hurry. Alternatively, add extra water and casserole using braising steak.

Ingredients: Water, Red Wine (13%), Carrots (13%) Mushrooms (13%), Onions, Celery (13%) Sunflower Oil, Cornflour, Sugar, Garlic, Salt Concentrated Lemon Juice, Parsley, Thyme Black Pepper, Stabliser : Xanthan Gum.
