Made with using hand picked elderflowers grown on our plantations on the Belvoir estate (all certified organic), fresh lemon juice and lightly carbonated Belvoir spring water. This gives it a delicate scented taste which is very refreshing. Serve chilled as a sophisticated and delicious alternative to alcohol at any time or add white wine for aromatic spritzers or mix with Gin or Vodka for great cocktails. Belvoir Elderflower Pressé won the award for the Best Speciality Catering Product at Food & Drink Expo '98.
