Help using this site

Shopping with Cotswold Fayre couldn't be any easier. You will find everything you need in the two menu's on the left, titled Shopping and Information. We will always contact you on the next working day after you place your order and will run through your order with you to check everything is as you want it.

In this menu item you will find all our entire product range. Easily browse around our products using this menu.

Information Menu

In this menu item you will find relevant information on our contact and delivery details. Cotswold Fayre Terms & Conditions which we recommend you read. There is also information on the site security and privacy, please read.

How to Purchase

When you find a product you would like to purchase, please type in the quantity you would like and then click on the buy now button. This will automatically add the product to your shopping basket box on the right of the page (no going to your basket page and then clicking the back button to the original page you where on !!!). All products have pictures of their packaging and more details if you click on the product name or image.

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket click on checkout in the user menu or on the basket page and you will be asked for the delivery and billing address.

NOTE: All products are listed alphabetically.

Delivery & Currency

All the products on the site are in sterling pounds and exclude VAT if applicable. To find out more on delivery please view the delivery page.

Becoming a Cotswold Fayre web-site member

Become a member today and benefit from:

• Stored Contact Details: Save time, when you become a Cotswold Fayre member. All your contact details are stored so you do not have to type them in every time you order. Also see Delivery addresses below.
• Order History Maintained: Time, time, time we never have enough, when you become a Cotswold Fayre member all your order history is maintained and displayed in your account. You are able to add favourite products to the basket with out looking for them. This makes the whole shopping process very quick, you can be checking out with your product after a few clicks of the mouse !!!
• Email Newsletters: Receive Cotswold Fayre product news and special offers first. We always have great deals on some stock lines so make sure you are the first to hear about them or you might loose out.
• Multiple Delivery Addresses: Cotswold Fayre members are able to store up to 5 delivery address. This is, of course useful if you have more than one retail outlet or restaurant.

Credit Accounts

All regular customers are welcome to open an account after 3 months trading or 6 orders with us. We ask for a bank reference and 2 trade referees. All customers who have not had an account opened will be expected to pay by cash or cheque on delivery. We are, of course, happy to supply our bank details for customers paying by BACS.

NOTE: You must download the Account Request PDF document, print it, fill it in with your company information and post it to Cotswold Fayre. Cotswold Fayre require a signiture from a company member to process your account.
Once you have opened a credit account with us, our terms are 30 days net - if these terms are consistently not adhered to the customer will revert back to cash or cheque on delivery or pro forma invoice.
