Puffed Wheat

We love to see great fields of wheat being tosssed in the wind. It makes us want to do two things. The first is to run through it hand in hand, casting our clothes into the air and shouting, "I'm alive! I'm alive!" The second thing we like to do is to buy the wheat and chuck it into a popping machine that explodes it into little nourishing bobbles of breakfast loveliness. This second idea is truly excellent, as it keeps all the nutrition of the wheat and brings out its natural flavour, so there's no need for dodgy additives.
